The Nest at Sewanee offers a non-smoking room with a comfortable queen-size bed, writing desk, private entrance, private bath, and large screened-in porch (smoking allowed). Our bath features a clawfoot tub/shower, and among other amenities, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The Nest has Wifi service, a TV with Netflix and an eclectic assortment of DVDs, a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. A continental breakfast is provided. Weather permitting, there is a fire-pit for evening bonfires and a grill if you wish to cook out. The Nest is situated on 30 wooded acres with trails, a beautiful creek, and interesting rock formations. We are located 20 minutes from Sewanee: The University of the South and 50 minutes from Chattanooga in an area renowned for its hiking trails and outdoor activities, many of which are just a short drive away.
